What we gather and why.
Information you provide. When you use our contact form, or email or call us, you share your name, email address, phone number, and the message you send. We use this only to respond to your inquiry and provide the real estate services you request.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, this site uses cookies and pixels to collect information about how visitors use it, such as the pages visited, approximate location (city or region), device and browser type, and how long a visit lasts. This is aggregate information and does not tell us your name or contact details.

Google Analytics 4. This site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4), a web analytics service provided by Google, to measure site traffic, page views, and usage. This data is aggregated and used to understand what visitors find useful and to improve the site.
Meta Pixel. This site uses the Meta Pixel, an advertising tool provided by Meta Platforms, to measure conversions and build advertising audiences on Meta platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. When you visit the site with analytics enabled, the pixel may inform Meta that you visited a page, which can be used to show you more relevant ads and to measure how our advertising performs.
