Life did not give me the path most people expect. At 40 years old, without a college degree, I made a decision that changed everything.
I bounced and struggled to find a career that let me feel accomplished and provide something meaningful to the public. I tried different jobs, different industries, but nothing stuck the way real estate did.
At 40, I dedicated myself to real estate. This is one of the biggest financial endeavors a person makes. It demands honesty, preparation, negotiation, and genuine care for the people on the other side of the table. I found a career where all of those things matter, where I could make a very good living without a degree, and where every day brings a new challenge and a new opportunity to help someone.
Client-centric. It is all about the client's needs. That is not a slogan for me. It is the foundation of how I built The Pinnacle Post Team.
Twenty-two years later, with over 600 homes sold and a team I am proud to lead, I can say with confidence: starting at 40 was not a limitation. It was the beginning of everything that matters.

Gary is the front person for The Pinnacle Post Team. He leads prospecting, engages new clients, and sets the standard for how every relationship begins. His 22 years of experience mean he has seen every market condition, every negotiation scenario, and every type of transaction. He does the groundwork that others skip, talking to the other agent before reviewing offers, and making sure his clients are fully informed before making any decision.
Kelly A. Post
Kelly works closely with clients, providing patient, detailed guidance. She combines her 10 years of real estate expertise with an outstanding, deep 22-year lending background as a former US Bank AVP and branch manager. This dual authority in both real estate strategy and complex mortgage financing structures creates a powerful safeguard for clients. She ensures that you understand every document, step, and financial avenue with absolute clarity.
Together, their 32 years of combined experience benefits every client, regardless of price point. Their future vision is more listings and higher price points, but the level of care and attention remains the same whether it is a starter home or a luxury property.
